YES. We will also take photographs for you if possible and provide a 360 degree view of the properties if required. However, in certain circumstances where we may not be able to view a property before we speak with you, we will endeavour to do so at the earlist opportunity.
We are paid a one-off retaining fee when you sign with us as a new client, then once all contracts have been exchanged, the remainder of the agreed fee is finalised.
Fees vary depending on the service and package required, however fees can be as reasonable as £200.00 per month.
We work solely on the behalf of our retained clients, in order to purchase the best possible houses at the lowest possible prices, whilst also guiding and advising them on any pitfalls and unforeseen circumstances which may occur during the property purchasing process. Estate agents on the other hand, act solely on behalf of the property seller, in order to achieve the best price poossible for them.
